Directed the research and development of product concepts and programs that sought new directions and new client interest for the Holiday, Apparel, Paper and Craft businesses within the corporation. Explored new profitable partnerships and markets with a focus on a high continuity business model. Directed a staff of 13, including Art Directors and Development Managers. Responsible for the generation of more than 300 product tests annually.
